All properties must have an Energy Performance Certificate. We can arrange the EPC for £118.00 inclusive of VAT.

Please see below highlighted ad hoc fees as confirmed in the body of this agreement:

  1. VAT will be levied at the prevailing rate.
  2. All fees and charges will be deducted from rental income, but the Agent reserves the right to charge the Landlord for any shortfall.
  3. All fees and charges are fixed for the duration of the first tenancy. Any changes to the fees and charges for any subsequent tenancies must be agreed by both parties prior to commencement of such tenancies.
